Angela Dugan-Starr began her career in the environmental industry in 2013 and entered the professional consulting field in 2014. She is an experienced environmental professional with a background in both environmental consulting firms and environmental law practices. Ms. Dugan-Starr meets the definition of an Environmental Professional as defined in 312.10 of 40 CFR 312 and ASTM International E-1527-21 standard.

Ms. Dugan-Starr has worked directly with clients and regulatory agencies to investigate historical and current site use and assess environmental conditions across a wide range of property types – including land, residential, commercial, and both and heavy industrial sites — throughout the United States. Her experience includes collaborating with major lending institutions, real estate professionals, lawyers, local and state agencies, and private clients.
