TAMPA, FL, Dec. 9, 2025 – EFI Global, a market leader in forensic engineering, fire investigations, and environmental consulting and a wholly owned subsidiary of Sedgwick, the world’s leading risk and claims administration partner, announced the appointment of Troy Wilson as President.

“With Troy on board, we’re bringing in a proven innovator whose strategic thinking and drive for excellence will elevate our teams,” said Scott Richardson, President, Property Americas at EFI Global. “His leadership and vision will further validate our role as a trusted partner and empower us to deliver even greater value across the industries we serve.”

Wilson will now guide the strategic direction of EFI Global’s services and strengthen client partnerships to advance the company’s continued growth across Property Americas.

“EFI Global has a reputation for solving complex challenges with precision and purpose,” says Wilson, “The way the teams combine technical expertise with real-world insight is a rare balance, and I’m excited to help build on that momentum for Property Americas and deliver solutions that make a measurable difference for our clients.”

Prior to joining EFI Global, Troy held senior executive roles where he helped scale a fast-growing professional services organization from a mid-size firm into a major global player. He oversaw operations for a workforce of thousands, closed more than 50 acquisitions in under three years, and led transformative initiatives in strategic planning, leadership development, and organizational structure, all of which drove sustained double-digit growth and positioned the organization for long-term success.
