TAMPA, FL, Mar. 23, 2026 – EFI Global, a market leader in forensic engineering, fire investigations and environmental consulting announced the appointment of Jaime McComas as Senior Vice President of Sales.
In this role, McComas will lead EFI Global’s sales and growth strategy, strengthening client relationships, advancing go-to-market initiatives and supporting expansion across the insurance, corporate and public sector markets, helping more organizations solve complex challenges across forensic engineering, fire investigation and environmental consulting.
McComas brings nearly two decades of experience driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales organizations and launching innovative client engagement strategies. She has a strong track record of aligning sales, marketing and digital initiatives to drive scalable growth in professional services and highly regulated industries.

Prior to joining EFI Global, McComas held senior leadership roles where she negotiated and executed master service agreements, led corporate rebranding initiatives, implemented CRM and marketing automation platforms, and developed digital solutions to enhance customer engagement in the property and casualty space. She also led national business development efforts for a forensic engineering firm, helping grow revenue and expand operations from a regional footprint to a multi-office, nationwide organization.

McComas holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Florida Southern College. She is a founding board member of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation Florida Chapter.
