Ms. Thomas has over ten years of experience in office and finance management in the construction, manufacturing and environmental sectors. She is proficient in bookkeeping, payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and account reconciliation. She is skilled in billing and accounting software and adept at streamlining operations.

Ms. Thomas is also knowledgeable in human resource and benefits administration and has worked with companies to recruit, hire, and train employees, as well as process new hire documentation and maintain personnel files. She possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and can effectively manage and collaborate on projects.

She has worked in the field of environmental consulting for over 4 years, starting in 2014 with Andersen Environmental as a Finance Manager and rising to Project Manager. Ms. Thomas’ certifications include California Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) and California Lead Sampling Technician (CDPH).

Ms. Thomas’ experience includes all stages of environmental projects including Phase I environmental site assessments, soil and groundwater testing and sampling, AHERA and NESHAP building inspections and sampling for asbestos, lead and other hazardous waste, as well as regularly providing third party consulting services on behalf of private parties and public agencies. Asbestos and lead-related experience includes performing building surveys, abatement oversight, and contamination assessments.

Ms. Thomas’ experience extends beyond asbestos and lead-related projects to include indoor air quality assessments, construction and industrial hygiene monitoring and safety, occupational exposure assessments, and agency compliance. Many projects have been multi-faceted and required careful planning and communication between interested parties to achieve project completion. Clients have included public utilities, airports, insurance adjusters, construction managers and regulatory agencies.
