As a Senior Environmental Field Technician, Ben specializes in asbestos and mold investigations, fire and smoke damage assessments, and large loss catastrophic event assessments. He has conducted remediation consultations and developed guidelines for industrial, commercial, and residential clients. Ben is a FAA licenses UAS (drone) pilot with extensive capabilities in mapping and recording affected areas with aerial photography.
Ben also assists with fire investigations, laboratory analysis, and engineering evaluations. He manages evidence at the EFI Indianapolis Lab, including documentation, storage, and maintenance. Also conducts field work for data collection and sampling. As a licensed asbestos inspector in Indiana, performs inspections and sampling for asbestos analysis.
Mr. Wood is an American ACAC certified Fire and Smoke Damage Assistant Technician and is well versed in assessing fire and smoke impacted projects. He has completed assessments on both residential and commercial sites across the United States.
