De heer Leksell heeft meer dan vijfentwintig jaar ervaring in onderzoek naar de oorsprong en de oorzaak van Incendio . 

De heer Leksell heeft verschillende functies en voorzittersfuncties bekleed bij de Pennsylvania Association of Arson Investigators (PAAI). Hij is ook lid van de International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI) en de National Association of Incendio Investigators (NAFI).

De heer Leksell is instructeur geweest aan de Allegheny County Incendio Academy, het Community College of Allegheny County en de Academy of Court Reporting business college. De heer Leksell heeft cursussen gegeven en geschreven over Incendio , Verzekeringsonderzoek, Brandbestrijding en Spoedeisende Medische Hulp. De heer Leksell is momenteel bestuurslid en zoneleider van de Pennsylvania Association of Arson Investigators (PAAI).
