Mr. Colakoglu has 30 years of structural engineering experience specializing in the evaluation of existing structures, structural design of additions and alterations, and investigation of structural failures and deficiencies. Mr. Colakoglu has been involved in the investigation of more than 2500 structures and has experience in evaluating structural damage due to floods, snow, wind, construction deficiencies, settlement, and impact. He also designed commercial, residential, and institutional buildings for three years.

Mr. Colakoglu has extensive and specialized structural engineering experience in wireless telecommunication sites, covering all types, including towers, antenna mounts, and rooftops. He has been the engineer of record for more than 8,000 telecommunication sites. His experience in the tower industry includes 4 years at a fabrication facility. He has testified before zoning boards in NJ, DE, PA, and NY on more than 60 occasions as a civil engineering expert.
