Mr. England has 20 years of combined experience in the fire service and the investigation field as a line Firefighter and a Fire Investigator. During the course of his career Mr. England has investigated minor to multi-million-dollar losses involving residential and commercial structures, motor vehicles, fatalities, and explosions. Mr. England has attended specialized training in fire investigations, hazardous materials, and evidence handling. Mr. England is a (IAAI) Certified Fire Investigator, (NAFI) Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator, and Hazardous Materials Technician.
