  • Subrogation Fundamentals

    The course will provide the student with basic knowledge and understanding of how the subrogation process works and the best practice examples to make the subrogation process successful. The course will focus on the fundamentals of subrogation as it relates to the claims adjustment process then cover a number of case studies to highlight both success and failure of the process. The class will finish with a process chart of what it takes to make the process most successful.

  • Processing Water Loss Claims for Subrogation

    Obtain a knowledge of how to recognize, document and process water loss claims that have the potential for recovery of insurance claim costs through subrogation for product performance failure, material defect, manufacturing defect, installation error or construction related defect.

     

    CE Credits:  1.0 and 2.0 hour available
