Renewable wind energy, both onshore and offshore, is undergoing increased global demand and growth. Cunningham Lindsey, the global leader in loss adjusting, claims management and risk solutions, is responding to this growth in the Netherlands by creating a new team focusing on the specific needs of the industry.
An increasing number of new wind farms are being created off the Dutch coast, creating new demands for the insurance industry. Improvements in engineering and financing are also boosting the renewable industry. New risks that insurers need to consider include the entire chain of designing, manufacturing, building and operating on and offshore wind farms
CLN adjusters’ team
The Cunningham Lindsey Netherlands (CLN) team consists of Michiel Groote Schaarsberg (experienced in material science and technical loss adjuster), Morten Jensen (over 25 years of experience in wind power related loss adjusting and consulting) and Erik van den Bos (coordination and civil engineering loss adjuster). There is also a close collaboration between the team and Cunningham Lindsey Denmark. The wind energy industry was founded in Denmark, and it is home to some of the world’s leading renewable businesses.
