    Ms. Dodd has over twenty-five (25) years’ experience in support of environmental, health and safety projects. Focused on initiating, developing and expanding environmental, health and safety consulting to support client needs, building technical teams in various geographic areas, and supporting M&A activity. Technical specialization includes forensic assessments associated with damages to  determine scope and repair. Additional expertise includes the completion of hundreds of Phase I and II Environmental  Site Assessments and work in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Experience includes performance of environmental risk assessment and toxicological services for corrective action and expert testimony, as well as the performance of workplace industrial hygiene assessments during operations and remediation.

    Extensive experience in environmental damage assessment associated with spills, discharges and releases to land and open water. Work includes emergency response and contamination assessment and remediation design for soils, water, and the aquatic environment associated with chemicals/petrochemicals. This includes significant expertise associated with the Gulf of Mexico spill impact and response associated with drilling activities in 2010, as well as the evaluation of wetlands damage, beach assessment, and fishing fleet response. Performed toxicological evaluations of sediments and sediment re-suspension to evaluate impact to marine/aquatic communities and evaluated economic, environmental, and cultural/social impacts associated with project activities in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act. Specializes in emergency response to spills and releases for clients over the decades, working with local, state, and national regulatory agencies.

    Specialization with Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) with healthcare settings and potential exposures, as well as with food and product contamination. Specialized experience in pharmaceutical, consumer products  and  life  sciences manufacturing and product liability, including clean room production facilities. Lead teams involving causation analysis, chemical exposure, environmental microbiology, food and beverage contamination, food safety, foodborne illness and regulatory compliance and facility licensing (European, Federal, State, and Local). Expertise in Legionella and other bacteria cause and origin evaluations, as well as sampling and investigations to determine compliance and water management needed to resolve biofilms. Extensive experience in the field of solid and hazardous waste management, including emergency response, permitting, compliance, and remediation.

    Directly responsible for identification, control/management, and abatement of mold, lead and asbestos hazards in child occupied settings such as schools/school districts and single and multi-family residential settings, as well as for hotels, commercial and industrial facilities to oversee contractor activities and perform clearance for re-occupancy associated with redevelopment projects. Provided deposition and expert testimony for clients associated with exposure, regulations, toxicology, etc.
