Scott has over 20 years of experience in forensic engineering assessments, geotechnical engineering consulting, construction materials testing and threshold inspections. He has practiced geotechnical and construction materials testing in Florida since 1998, accumulating years of experience in the local soils and construction conditions. His forensic engineering expertise is focused on the evaluation of subsidence related damage to structures and catastrophe response studies. His geotechnical engineering expertise encompasses sinkhole risk assessment and mitigation, shallow and deep foundation design, pavement evaluation, evaluation for utility installation and geotechnical evaluation for site suitability studies.
