Mr. Goeb has been working in the field of engineering since 1972.  Mr. Goeb founded the New Egypt Engineering Group, LLC and since its founding has provided engineering services to several fortune 500 companies. Primary clients are major players in the Real Estate Due Diligence Industry with services provided to clients consisting of Property Condition Assessments, Construction Progress/Loan Monitoring, Reserve and Transition Studies.

Mr. Goeb was previously employed by ITT Corporation as an Aerospace and Electrical Engineer with roles of increasing responsibility. His most recent assignment was as Director of Engineering, ITT Space Systems Division.  In this role Mr. Goeb had overall engineering responsibility for the design, fabrication, and test of sophisticated spacecraft and space payloads.  This assignment involved Mr. Goeb in all the aspects engineering, including electrical, mechanical, structural, chemical, and engineering estimating and financial analysis and   supervision of 150 engineers of the various disciplines mentioned previously.  He brings this broad base of experience to his consulting projects.  Mr. Goeb also has decades of hands on engineering design experience allowing him to quickly identify potential issues encountered during his consulting projects.

In addition to the above listed experience, Mr. Goeb was a principal of the engineering consulting firm of Barbieri and Goeb Engineering of Congers, NY for six years.  This firm provided engineering design and analysis services for commercial, residential and industrial construction in the NY / NJ metropolitan area, as well as providing building inspections for commercial and residential properties.  Mr. Goeb also provided professional engineering design services to Santiniello Brothers Electric of Newark, NJ and has provided pro bono engineering services to non-profit organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America.
