Mr. Brown has forty five years of experience in the field of engineering and land surveying, including four years of forensic investigations of foundation settlement, structural failures, flood damage assessment, roof inspections and evaluations and tree and vehicle strikes. Mr. Brown’s experience includes the design of commercial site plans, residential subdivisions, storm and sanitary sewer design, retaining wall design and roadway design. For many of these projects, he was also responsible for construction inspection, contractor payment requests and project closeout.

In addition, Mr. Brown has over forty years of boating experience as a boat owner, operating and maintaining mechanical systems on boats ranging in length from seventeen feet to thirty-three feet. Mr. Brown has serviced engines, sterndrives and transmissions on his personal vessels. He is also familiar with electrical systems and regularly maintains electrical components.
