    Leon Levine, CIH has 30 years of experience in the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) field.  Recently, Leon has been utilizing his public health background to assist clients in assessing and controlling exposure risks to COVID-19 through evaluations of the ventilation, work practices and the work environment.  Having worked with Federal OSHA, Leon has extensive experience in regulatory compliance, emergency response, conducting Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) audits, investigating accidents and preparing cases for litigation.

    Leon has managed EHS projects and programs for a portfolio of clients from a wide range of industries including manufacturing, construction, government, property management, and defense contracting.  Leon has completed complex indoor environmental quality (IEQ) investigations involving mold, asbestos, lead based paint, VOCs, secondhand tobacco smoke, vaping chemicals, and other hazardous substances. Leon has developed and managed EHS programs for a multi-billion-dollar global corporation, with diverse national and international manufacturing facilities. He has worked closely with regulatory representatives from EPA, OSHA, and local health departments to successfully resolve clients’ issues and serve as a subject matter expert. Leon has developed and presented customized EH&S training programs including spill response, chemical safety, laser safety, LOTO and hazardous waste management. Leon has conducted ISO 14001 audits and has helped clients complete environmental permitting including Tier II, Form R, NPDES, RCRA, Stormwater, SPCC, CAA/Title V, ESA Phase I &II, OSHA & DOT Compliance.
