Mr. Capps has over 12 years of asbestos experience in private residence, governmental, industrial, educational and commercial facilities in Texas.  He has performed over 500 surveys and specializes in commercial and educational (K-12 and universities) facilities.  He has provided consulting design, contractor selection and construction oversight for similar facilities for repairs, remediation and demolition.  Mr. Capps has also provided emergency response consulting after major flooding and/or storm-damage. 

Mr. Capps has experience of asbestos management for both public and private clients.  His responsibilities have included overseeing the preparation of asbestos abatement plans / specifications providing project management for abatement remediation projects.  He has provided new Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) management plans for multiple large scale school districts, working with Architects, engineers, construction managers and staff as related to compliance with the AHERA, state and federal regulations.  He has also assisted in development of CADD drawings for the AHERA archives. 

Mr. Capps most recent experience also includes air quality inspections, project management, mold remediation projects.
