Ms. Stangl has over 30 years experience in the environmental consulting arena at a variety of industrial, military, and state program facilities. Her work has ranged from environmental risk and environmental site assessments, handling environmental claims, and expert witness testimony; to large scale industrial site investigations involving various hydrogeological field investigation methods, the application of geophysical reconnaissance design and implementation, and regulatory compliance. Ms. Stangl has also performed site project management of investigations at US Army, Air Force, and Air National Guard bases for the Department of Defense Installation Restoration Program; well installation and aquifer testing for proposed municipal water well fields; and immediate response and related work involving leaking USTs and aboveground tank failure and collapse, site assessment, recovery well network and pumping system design and implementation, bioventing/vacuum extraction recovery, and tank removal for major petroleum clients. In the past, she has also been involved in USEPA Environmental Impact Statements to evaluate coal mine permitting, and the evaluation of surface mining operations.
