Joseph has over 25 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety, and Industrial Hygiene services. Assists clients and improves their operations by mitigating risks. Proficiency in EHS Assurance Reviews, Site Inspections, and operations audits. He conducts field and site investigations for commercial, industrial, and residential properties to determine conditions impacting employees, operations, and building occupants. He has expertise in conducting exposure assessments and hazard evaluations. In addition, he has 12 years of experience in research and/or clinical settings where he served as subject matter expert as Radiation Officer, Laser Safety Officer, and Biological Safety Officer.

He has extensive experience in heavy manufacturing, construction, research and testing, higher education, laboratories, local government, healthcare and clinical, and retail food sectors. He has presented at National, State, and local levels for industry, professional groups, and trade associations. Joseph is proficient in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Laboratory Safety, Design for EHS, Environmental, Sustainability, and Indoor Air Quality/Mold.

As an Assistant Professor, Joseph has taught university undergraduate and graduate courses in environmental health and safety for 15 years. He has also served as Faculty Advisor to the American Society of Safety Engineer’s Student Section.
