All fields are mandatoryMr. Jones has more than 35 years of experience in the fire service. During this time, he has held several roles including: Firefighter, SCBA Technician, Truck foreman, Lieutenant, Assistant Chief, and Chief of Department. Duties performed during these roles included: Control of all activities and operations of the fire department including fire extinguishment, pre-incident planning, fire suppression, coordinating scenes and operations, and team leader.
Mr. Jones is a Certified Fire Investigator (IAAI-CFI) through the International Association of Arson Investigators, and Certified Fire Investigator (NYS-CFI) through the State of New York who specializes in fire/explosion origin and cause investigations. He has also conducted full investigations related to origin and cause, including performing tasks, such as activity checks and background checks, conducting interviews and taking statements. Mr. Jones has a strong knowledge of NFPA 921 and NFPA 1033.
Mr. Jones is a Vermont IAAI Association Board Member.
