Mr. Kinder has thirteen years of experience as an environmental consultant specializing in resolving complex environmental issues for insurance adjusters, property owners, property managers.  He functions as a team member responsible for client reporting, operations, fieldwork, and project/schedule management.  Mr. Kinder’s responsibilities include forensic water damage assessments, assisting in scope/protocol development and performance of the forensic inspection of windows & doors, indoor air quality studies, remediation oversight and clearance, industrial hygiene assessments, environmental site assessments, environmental soil and water sampling, environmental cost control and emergency response coordination, environmental regulatory review and reporting, hazardous material investigations and remediation, underground storage tank closures, asbestos inspections, review and development of asbestos O&M plans, and asbestos abatement oversight and clearance.  His background also includes geotechnical engineering fieldwork, air emissions permitting, and NPDES inspections.
