Throughout his career in the fire service, Mr. Baldwin has dedicated his time and attention to multiple disciplines while earning certifications ranging from Hazardous Materials Technician to Certified Fire Investigator from the International Association of Arson Investigators adding to a unique and diverse skill-set. Mr. Baldwin has been involved in hundreds of fire investigations from accidental wildland fires to criminal Arson fires involving commercial, residential and vehicles. Mr. Baldwin has a certified vehicle fire investigator endorsement (V) with the International Association of Arson Investigators and holds a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator certification from the National Association of Fire Investigators.
