Mr. Shelton has experience in forensic, structural, construction, civil, and geotechnical engineering for a broad range of project types including educational, medical, industrial, commercial, and residential buildings in the State of Florida and beyond. Mr. Shelton also has experience in geotechnical investigation and structural evaluation for ground subsidence studies throughout Florida.

Mr. Shelton’s project experience includes providing forensic structural consultant services for the evaluation and remediation of existing residential and commercial structures subjected to high wind loading from hurricanes, tornadoes, or other wind events, vehicle and tree impacts, construction defect failure, deterioration from the age of structure, ground subsidence, the determination of the as-built condition of the structure, building code compliance, material/workmanship deficiencies, cause and origin evaluations, roof evaluations, and quality control inspections.
