Mr. Maxwell has more than 39 years of experience in fire and arson investigations.  He has extensive continual training in accidental and incendiary fire causes and is a qualified expert witness in both state and federal courts.  Mr. Maxwell was also certified as an Accelerant Canine Dog Handler through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
