Mr. Eustace has over forty-five years of experience working in leadership positions in the U.S Navy, EFI Global and the Texas A&M University System. He has worked in construction
safety and environmental compliance, facility planning, design, engineering, maintenance, operations and construction including contract administration, utility systems operations,
project management, transportation fleet management, and contingency planning. His construction experience includes domestic and international projects in Spain, Italy,
Japan, Greece, Scotland, Guam and Peru.

reviews, construction claims, construction methods and material defects, residential foundation evaluation, storm damage assessment, facility condition inspection, facility
