Mr. Moyer has over forty years of experience in many facets of Civil Engineering. His primary responsibilities were in civil/structural design and construction management of commercial buildings. As a construction company owner he had bottom line responsibility for approximately $150 million total project volume and over two million square feet of construction. Subsequent to his years in construction management, he has developed a successful career as a construction and forensic consultant.
