    Frank Strehl’s experience prior to forensic investigation includes more than 10 years in the construction industry. His diverse engineering experience includes materials testing, design and construction oversight of roadway construction and repair, sanitary and storm sewers, municipal water supply systems, as well of a host of other infrastructure related issues. Mr. Strehl’s activities have given him insight into the means and methods of construction, an understanding of material properties and their roles in construction failure. Mr. Strehl investigates and prepares detailed reports for a wide variety of structural related property:
