Mr. Gingrey has more than 25 years’ experience in product liability inspections and evaluations of structures, including testing items such as household products and roofing components.
In addition, he has extensive experience in cause and origin inspections and reports of residences and commercial properties, including damage mitigation and forensic analysis to determine the extent of property damages, cost of repair and the most effective path of mitigation.
Recent experience includes the evaluation of damages in the multi-family construction, food industry, tire manufacturing, and power plants, including past evaluations of structures and machinery after storms, fires and floods. He has managed activities during revitalization of textile mill. Planning, power, demolition and environmental problems addressed daily. He was responsible for overseeing the construction of commercial shopping centers, including concept, design, compliance, permitting, construction to turnover.
Mr. Gingrey is also experienced in failure analysis including construction failures and home appliance inspections, storm damage evaluations, and re-construction of several plant explosions. He also managed the quality control of interstate construction as County Resident Maintenance Engineer and General Manager of Road Construction. He holds asphalt, concrete, storm water certifications.
Mr. Gingrey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University. He also holds certifications in Infra-Red Thermography.
