Mr. Williams graduated from the University of New Haven (UNH) in January of 1994, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Fire/Arson Investigation with a concentration in Fire, Arson, and Explosion Investigation and a minor in Criminal Justice. Mr. Williams has over thirty years of Fire Service experience, with over 20 years directly related to the field of fire and explosion incident investigation. Mr. Williams has been involved with approximately 2500 fires, having investigated over 2000 fire scenes involving multimillion-dollar losses, numerous fire fatalities, arson investigations, and many assorted accidental fire investigations. Mr. Williams has worked with local, State, and Federal Agencies on many occasions in varying capacities. Mr. Williams has investigated many fires, of which have involved single and multi-family dwellings, commercial and industrial structures, vehicles, line of duty deaths
