    Mr. Slaughter has developed, conducted oversight, and executed risk based corrective action/remediation plans, including collection of site characterization data, data analysis and interpretation of results, remediation design and construction, and remediation evaluation including potential routes of exposure, evaluation of constituent levels to determine acceptable human health and environmental risks, post-remediation clearance, and development of closure reports for submittal to governmental regulatory agencies.  These remediation plans have also included the registration and removal of underground storage tanks (UST).

    Mr. Slaughter’s experience includes emergency spill response, safety audits, safety oversight, industrial hygiene evaluations including air monitoring, chemical testing, fungal and bacterial surface sampling, noise monitoring, and natural disaster emergency response and remediation. In addition to these, David has experience with property assessment and abatement oversight including asbestos abatement, asbestos inspections, moisture intrusion investigations, mold cause and origin investigations, mold remediation protocol design, wildfire smoke damage inspections, smoke and combustion byproduct impact assessments, and Chinese drywall inspections.
