Ten years of which were directly in the field of fire and explosion incident investigations. Mr. Rivers is a certified Accelerant Detector K-9, and Explosive Detector K-9 Handler. Mr. Rivers has investigated over 800 fire scenes that have involved arson investigations, multimillion-dollar losses and numerous fatalities. Mr. Rivers has worked with Local, State and Federal agencies on many assignments in multiple capacities.
