Mr. Percy served over 26 years as a State Trooper with the Massachusetts State Police.  For his last 22 years, he was assigned to the Fire and Explosion Investigation Section as a full-time fire investigator.  Over the course of that assignment, Mr. Percy was involved in the investigation of over 2700 fires and explosions. He has experience in the areas of fire investigation, interview and interrogation, evidence collection, complex scene management and juvenile firesetter intervention.

Mr. Percy has been employed as a full-time fire investigator with Unified Investigations and Sciences since 2014. Over that time, he has investigated numerous fires and has been the lead investigator in a large loss explosion scene as well as many multi-million dollar long-term investigations. He has experience in both first party and liability losses.  Additionally, he also is asbestos certified enabling him to work on scenes contaminated with asbestos.
