    Mr. Percy served over 25 years as a State Trooper with the Massachusetts State Police. For his last 22 years, he was assigned to the Fire and Explosion Investigation Unit as a full-time fire investigator. Over the course of that assignment, Mr. Percy was involved in the investigation of over 2,200 fires and explosions. He has experience in the areas of fire investigation, interview and interrogation, juvenile firesetter intervention, evidence collection, and complex scene management.
