Mr. Lanier has more than 29years of extensive environmental experience. He has managed and provided senior review for more than 3,000 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and 500 Phase II Subsurface Investigations that were conducted on a nation-wide basis. Mr. Lanier has prepared thousands of reports for regulatory agencies concerning subsurface investigations and corrective actions associated with contaminated properties. Mr. Lanier has supervised the closure of several hundred underground storage tanks, and has designed, constructed, and operated soil and ground water remediation systems. Additionally, he has extensive knowledge of Fannie Mae DUS requirements, Freddie Mac environmental and engineering guidelines, and the ASTM International E-1527-13, E1528-14, and E1903-11 standards.
Mr. Lanier performs senior reviews for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Transaction Screen Assessments, Mini-Phase I Assessments, and Phase II Subsurface Investigations including vapor encroachment assessments.
