Mr. Fulk has personally investigated or assisted on over 1000 fire and explosion incidents that have involved commercial and residential properties, vehicles, agricultural and construction equipment. These investigations have included fatalities, multi-million-dollar losses, fraud, product and contractor liability and subrogation issues.
Mr. Fulk is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators and meets the National Board for Fire Service Professional Qualifications of NFPA 1033. He also is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator and Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. He has testified as an expert in State court in both criminal and civil cases.
