Ms. Nance is experienced in the environmental consulting and construction industries. She is a Massachusetts-licensed Asbestos Monitor responsible for on-site project monitoring during asbestos abatement activities including pre and post-abatement visual inspections, area and final clearance air sampling, observations of the Contractor’s work area preparations and engineering controls, along with corrective action recommendations where applicable. Ms. Nance also assists in performing moisture evaluations in response to water losses resulting from catastrophic events or other causes to evaluate and develop restoration protocols. She works in a variety of building types and communicates with Clients, Asbestos and General Contractors and Regulators.
