Mr. Zaksheske provides on-site construction safety management including on-site inspections and oversight of construction activities. He maintains direct relationships with client’s in-house safety managers ensuring all communication and project measures are met. His expertise includes Health & Safety Management Systems for OSHA compliance audits, on-site construction safety management, job hazard analysis, industrial hygiene services, health and safety program development, and health and safety training.

Mr. Zaksheske experience includes providing the following during on-site construction projects:

• Reviewing and monitoring contractors daily safe work plans
• Conducting jobsite and work area inspections of the project construction site
• Recording safety issues and corrective actions using a mobile device
• Communicating and preparing written reports of any violations or unsafe practices
• Attending, coordinating, and participating in owner-contractor project progress meetings
• Ensuring incidents are reported and appropriate risk-reduction measures are implemented
• Developing and maintaining training and communicating lesson learned
