    This course will provide the student with basic knowledge and understanding of mechanical failures and water losses, and the best practice examples to make the subrogation process successful.  The course will focus on the fundamentals of mechanical failures and the various issues as it relates to the claims adjustment process.

  • Processing Water Loss Claims for Subrogation

    This class provides the student with the knowledge of how to recognize, document and process water loss claims that have the potential for an economically beneficial recovery of insurance claim costs through subrogation for product performance failure, material defect, manufacturing defect, installation error or construction defect.

  • Processing Water Loss Claims for Subrogation

    The student will obtain a knowledge of how water losses occur for various residential plumbing fixtures and appliances as a result of product performance failure, material defect, manufacturing defect, installation error or construction defect.

  • Qualitative Water Intrusion Evaluations

    This course will provide a basic understanding of the building envelope and related conditions and events potentially leading to water intrusion.  The licensee will gain knowledge of the nature and behavior of moisture within the building envelope, as well as the investigative methods and tools used in non-destructive, systematic water intrusion evaluations.

  • Water Damage - Limiting Loss After a Water Intrusion Event

    This course will provide a basic understanding in situations where calling an expert for re-engineering purposes or investigation of moisture is critical to settling a case and making determinations on behalf of your client and employer.
