  • LPG and Natural Gas Sampling & Analysis

    The course will provide the student with basic knowledge and understanding of types of natural gas and LP gas odorants and the recommended levels, the analysis of gas odorants and composition, odorant fade, and sampling of natural gas and LP gas for the purpose of odorant and compositional analysis. This will help the adjuster determine the liability of the loss due to insured error, equipment failure, or gas company error and help determine if there is subrogation potential on a gas loss.

  • Subrogation Fundamentals

    The course will provide the student with basic knowledge and understanding of how the subrogation process works and the best practice examples to make the subrogation process successful. The course will focus on the fundamentals of subrogation as it relates to the claims adjustment process then cover a number of case studies to highlight both success and failure of the process. The class will finish with a process chart of what it takes to make the process most successful.

  • Subrogation of Roof Collapse

    This class will provide the participant with a brief understanding of structural considerations for a roof structure. The concepts will be illustrated through a number of case studies. The participant will be provided with a number of specific field conditions to observe that could indicate a design or construction related defect.
