Mr. Bradley has over thirty years of experience in structural design, construction, expert testimony, and evaluation of commercial, industrial and residential buildings for attorneys, insurance companies, contractors, realtors, and property owners. Mr. Bradley’s expertise includes origin and cause (O&C) investigations related to structural failures and damages, catastrophe response, hail/wind damage, wind damage vs. flood/storm surge damage, foundation settlement, property condition assessments, and structural repair design and planning. Mr. Bradley has also performed conceptual design structural analysis and detailed design for large scale commercial, industrial and government buildings.

Mr. Bradley has extensive experience in the evaluation of all types of damaged and failed structures, building code violations, construction defects, building foundation damage, retaining wall failure, OSHA structural load ratings, and mold/water intrusion origin and cause.
