Job Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental/Earth Science or closely related field. Must be a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH). Current Asbestos Designer and Asbestos Inspector license preferred. Typically requires 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the District Manager, the Certified Industrial Hygienist will plan, direct and coordinate activities related to multiple projects including scope, budgets and timelines. Additionally, the employee will perform routine and advanced environmental and Industrial Hygiene functions. You will be expected to participate in marketing and related efforts to obtain new business through developing and making presentations to clients and potential clients and writing business proposals. The employee is expected to provide excellent client service to help maintain current business and develop new business.
