Our team of qualified experts routinely examines appliances, plumbing components, tools, mechanical equipment, electrical parts and other system elements to determine if they failed, the cause of the failure and whether their failure could have led to significant property damage.

For smaller components, we have developed portable “Evidence Kits” designed to make it convenient for our clients to collect, record, package, label and ship the pieces to the nearest EFI Global office for examination and reporting. For larger parts or equipment, we can arrange for pick-up and delivery of the item. We can also securely store them as evidence following the examination.

Our standardized reports include a detailed description of the product information with digital photographs. When requested, we can store the evidence or return it to a location of your choice for an additional cost.
