EFI Global, a Cunningham Lindsey Company, and a leading provider of forensic engineering, fire investigation, environmental, and laboratory testing services, today announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Andersen Environmental, an environmental and engineering due diligence, health and safety, and remediation consulting services firm in the Western US.

The combined success of both companies will provide clients with strengthened environmental, engineering and catastrophe response resources and expertise serving the commercial real property and insurance markets, specifically along the West coast.

Jane Tutoki, Global Chief Executive Officer of Cunningham Lindsey said “I am delighted to welcome Andersen Environmental into the Cunningham Lindsey family. This acquisition demonstrates our commitment to grow our business so that we can help our clients manage their risk. There is an increasing demand for experts who understand the complexities of environmental risk and this acquisition will benefit our clients in the US and internationally.”

“EFI Global is proud to bring on board the team from Andersen Environmental. The resources of our organizations enable us to provide a full range of integrated services that help our clients assess risk and manage environmental challenges” says Ron Holt, CEO of EFI Global, Inc. “This will enhance our ability to serve our clients with expanded capabilities and technical expertise along the West Coast, while also presenting employees of both companies with exciting opportunities.”
